Reservation Policies

• A minimum of 50% advance payment or full payment must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
• Bookings will only be confirmed once the required advance or full payment has been received.
• The remaining balance (if any) must be settled before or on the day of the event.
• If the required payment is not received within the given timeframe, the reservation may be released or cancelled.

The reservation policies applies to all guests booking celebration packages. 

Please note that cabin reservations are not available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Cabins will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on these days and only for families.

Additionally, outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises to maintain hygiene standards for all our valued customers.
